The Story Behind Jin restaurant

We opened our first restaurant, Jin Korean Noodles, in 2020 amid a global pandemic.  It was a difficult decision to make, however we had one goal in mind: providing authentic, high quality Korean cuisine to customers in the Greater Toronto Area.  Since opening, our passion and dedication for creating delicious dishes have been very well received.
We want to continue spreading our love for Korean cuisine with our second restaurant, Jin Shabu Shabu, a Korean hot pot and iron plate dining experience.  Our head chef and his team have created a menu inspired by sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients to ensure the best combination of flavours.  We look forward to sharing the Jin Shabu Shabu experience with you.
